Ai Machinelearning exists for people who already move between German and English — and still need a clearer path through German hiring rooms, paperwork, and offer talks.
Origin
The practice began after years of watching strong candidates lose months to mismatched job titles, half-translated CVs, and interviews that switched languages without warning. We named the consultancy to signal precision in matching — not software — and kept the work deliberately human: conversation, document craft, and preparation for real employers in Germany.
How we work with you
Sessions stay concrete. We read your materials, ask about the cities and contract types you will accept, and map language choices to the employers you are targeting. You leave with written next steps, not a generic motivational plan.
