Consultant taking notes during a client conversation

How we work

A three-stage consultation rhythm

Employment consulting for bilingual candidates works best when preparation, conversation, and written follow-up stay in the same thread. Here is the pattern we use.

  1. Intake

You send a current CV, preferred languages for applications, cities you will consider, and any hard constraints (visa timing, notice period, salary floor). We read before we meet so the session is not spent on biography alone.

  2. Live session

We work through search channels, title mapping, and language choices for the employers you care about. Interview and document packages follow the same structure with practice rounds or annotations instead of strategy alone.

  3. Written follow-up

Within a few business days you receive a concise plan or annotated files. Questions after that stay welcome by email; new deep-dive work is scoped as a separate engagement.

Where sessions happen

Most conversations run on video across Germany. If you prefer to meet in person, we schedule time at our Wettringen address when calendars allow.

What we ask you to prepare

Bring honesty about language confidence under pressure — many bilingual candidates undersell German in writing and overestimate English interview stamina, or the reverse. Naming that early changes the plan.
