Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid for consulting engagements that have not been fully delivered, subject to the timelines below. Informational website content is free and not refundable.

Cancellation timeframe

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled live session: full refund of fees paid for that session, or free reschedule.
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund, or one reschedule within 30 days.
• Under 24 hours or no-show: no refund for that session; a new booking requires a new fee.

Document review packages

If you cancel before we begin reviewing your files, you receive a full refund. Once annotated documents have been delivered, the package fee is non-refundable. If only part of a multi-document package was started, we may offer a partial refund reflecting unfinished items.

Work already started

Preparation time booked against your engagement (reading materials before a session) counts as work started. Where substantial preparation occurred and you cancel inside 48 hours, we may retain a portion of the fee equal to that preparation, up to 40% of the session price.

Deposits

Deposits taken to hold rush interview-preparation slots are credited toward the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable within 48 hours of the first reserved session unless we cancel.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. Further changes may incur an administrative fee of €25.

How to request a refund

Email info@ai-machinelearning.digital with your name, booking date, and reason. We respond within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within 14 days, you receive a full refund. This policy does not cover third-party costs you incur (travel to Wettringen, printing, or employer application fees).
