Content on this site describes employment consulting for bilingual candidates seeking work in Germany. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope, timing, and fees in writing (email is sufficient).

No placement guarantee

We provide advice, document review, and interview preparation. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. We are not a temporary employment agency and do not act as your legal representative with employers or authorities.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and branding belong to Ai Machinelearning. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Materials we prepare for you during a paid engagement are licensed for your personal job search use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ai Machinelearning is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from employment decisions you make after consulting with us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under German law, including for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our registered place of business shall have venue where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
